Build the inventory
Count desks, returns, tables, chairs, empty filing cabinets, shelves, reception pieces, and modular panels. Note approximate sizes and which items disassemble.
Separate furniture from records and electronics
Remove documents, personal items, drives, and electronics before furniture pickup unless their handling is separately confirmed. Do not assume a furniture service manages confidential records or e-waste.
Record building constraints
List loading-zone rules, elevator reservations, stairs, door access, parking limits, and working-hour restrictions. Choose a staging area that keeps exits and occupied workspaces clear.
